  4. I tried this cuz I’m fair skinned naturally. But scar really easily. In about a wk, the dark spots left behind from acne was fading. My skin looked brighter and like it glowed. I was so much more confident walking out with no makeup. At times it does sting, but the minor inconvienience is totally worth it

  5. How is drinking honey every morning supposed to help you reduce weight? I call BS! Fat = Calories Consumed – Calories Spent. Unless you start doing a couple push-ups with that honey/lemon drink you’re only increasing your calorie intake.

  6. A few years ago i had applied nair hair removing lotion on both sides of my face, and the night before i pulled the hairs with twizzers. 7. @AW – some ppl have tried this (drinking lemon & honey the 1st thing in the morning) and it works. and i ask my friend who is a doctor, and he said that drink honey & lemon is the same as breakfast. it started your metabolism quicker in the morning, because honey & lemon contain carb. More Metabolism = More Power = More Fat Burned. that’s why gym trainer told to eat 5 times a day. not much but often. why?? to keep your metabolism always up. this is just to explaining the article based on my friends explaination, experience, and my own experience. but i forgot to ask that “people with bad digestion should do this or not” (^^)
